We aim to service you any way we can as we love seeing you back at Mint & Molly. If for any reason you are not happy with the quality of your product or if you' d like to share feedback, please do so. Please find our Warranty & complaints policy right here. Alternatively, feel free to contact us if you have got any questions.


We care for our products and will do our utmost best to deliver these to you in top condition. However, unfortunate events may cause products to be delivered with damage, caused during shipment or any another event might happen to claim your warranty. Legally, you are obligated to report this to us within two months after you’ve noted the damage. If the damage falls within the warranty, Mint & Molly will repair or exchange the product free of costs.


Sometimes things don’t always happen as originally planned. We advise you to report your complaint to us first through an email which you can send to hello@mintandmolly.com. As of February 15th, 2016, it is possible for EU consumers to report a complaint via the ODR platform of the European Commission.
